Establishing in Cyprus?

Business of Foreign Interests ('BFI') registration. A company with foreign shareholding - whether newly incorporated, established here, or relocating to Cyprus - can register as a Business of Foreign Interests and employ third-country nationals on terms not otherwise available. We assess eligibility, prepare and submit the application, and deal with the authority through to approval.
Maintaining the BFI status. Registration carries continuing conditions. We advise on what must be maintained, prepare renewals, and deal with changes in ownership, activity or premises that affect eligibility.
Refusals. Review of the position and, where appropriate, resubmission or appeal.
