US And EU Export Administration Regulations Advisory

As the international trade regulatory environment in the United States, Europe and internationally grows increasingly, with hundreds of domestic agencies continuously adjusting and overseeing policy and compliance, the need for guidance has never been greater.

All internationally trading organisations and their foreign trading partners face vigorous scrutiny to ensure compliance with export controls, economic sanctions and other international trade control laws.

Defense and dual-use trade controls:

  • United States: International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and antiboycott regulations as well as nuclear trade controls.
