Tax Advisory & Transfer Pricing Manager - Taxation

We are currently recruiting for a Tax Advisory & Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Taxation Services department in our offices in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax advisory process.
Preparation of tax advisory reports / memos, tax rulings, DD reports, tax reorganizations and restructurings, transfer pricing studies, advising on exchange of information matters, tax planning strategies.
Provide comprehensive transfer pricing services, including the preparation of transfer pricing studies, documentation, and compliance reports, while advising clients on tax-efficient strategies, intercompany transactions, and regulatory changes.
Meeting and liaising with clients and the Tax authorities for any tax advisory matters.
Provide assistance on any direct tax compliance matters.
Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicates the effects of these developments to management and shares strategies to capitalize on such tax developments.
Work with external service providers and network member firms on any of the above, as and when necessary.
Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling tax services and expand the client base.
Assist tax partner and senior management on proposals and business development calls.
Monitor billing, collections, and financial performance metrics for tax-related projects.
Supervise, train, and mentor team members on tax projects and assess performance of staff.
Maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform tax services.

Candidate Profile

ACA / ACCA / CPA member
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Tax Services/Advisory
Very good use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Caseware.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages.
High ethical standards
Strong organizational, management and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
Ability to exercise sound critical judgment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
