Personal Assistant / On behalf of our Client

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant on behalf of our client, located in Limassol. 

The ideal candidate will excel in providing comprehensive support to management while maintaining the utmost professionalism and discretion.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the manager and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Efficiently screen and direct phone calls, as well as manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Effectively manage the manager's diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Process cash transactions and facilitate bank transfers as required, maintaining accurate records.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Provide proficient dictation support.
  • Procure necessary office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Generate reports, presentations, and briefs with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and uphold an organized office filing system.
 
Candidate Profile 
  • Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant role, showcasing strong administrative capabilities.
  • Proficiency in office management systems and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Russian is advantageous.
