Store Manager

On behalf of our client, who operates in the luxury good industry, we are looking to recruit a Store Manager in Limassol.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Opening and Closing of the Store.
  • Managing the daily operations of the store and sales, and develop new sales
  • Act in charge of sales to VIP clients and public relations.
  • Supervise the Cashier and bank transactions/deposits.
  • Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Monitor logistics (deliveries & returns, warehouse management, customer service)
 
Candidate Profile 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail in a similar position (preferably in luxury brands).
  • Candidates should be a Leader and able to work under pressure.
  • Candidates should be able to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team of 4 persons along with the work schedule.
  • Candidates must speak English fluently and Greek or Russian. Hebrew or Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and high level education is required.

 

The client will  provide full training and induction, a very competitive salary, as well as full board meals and uniforms. This position is full-time from Mid-May till end of October 2023 (5.5 months).
