Susana is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Department of Nexia Poyiadjis.  Along with her audit portfolio, Susana specializes in internal audit and fraud investigation engagements, and furthermore oversees the quality control policies of the firm. Susana has a legal degree (LLB Law) from the University of Bristol (UK).

Before joining Nexia Poyiadjis, Susana’s career started in the United Kingdom where she joined Smith & Williamson in 1999. Susana worked for three years in the audit department and obtained her ACA qualification. Thereafter she joined Morgan Stanley, as a member of the internal audit department.

Susana’s major audit clients in Nexia Poyiadjis include local and international companies active in the following industries: financial services, investment companies, funds, alternative energy, not for profit, software engineering.

Susana is also a member of the International Auditing Standards Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) since 2005, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and  a member of the Association of the Certified Fraud Examiners. She is certified by the Ministry of Finance to supervise the internal audits of regulated banks and investment firms.
